Within the confines of this little cyber-world, you will encounter mind boggling facts (doubtful), side splitting humor (more doubtful), artifacts of great historical significance (we have a lot of old family photos to bore you with), and maybe you will even come across some genuine German/Canadian stuff
(Got your curiosity up, eh?!?)
Of the nine in this family, I am the Canadian. I am out numbered 9 to 1 by Americans. The odds are still in my favor. I am after all, "The Father." Join me on our wonderful journey.

Amazing job Grace! You have two very blessed sisters!
~Elizabeth D
Awwww, how sweet! Emma's outfit looks like it came from a pattern that our mama used for us when we were that age!
Love,
Katie
Cute outfits! Great job Grace!
What a sweet picture of Florida sunshine personified! Why, yes, Katie, I do believe that is the very same pattern! How touching of you to remember! I had so much fun making those little sundresses for my sweeties! And Gracie does do a wonderful job. These girls (and their Stricklen cousins) have been busy sewing bees this summer!
Love,
Mother/Grandmother,
who still has a stack
of valances to sew -- if I
just get them ironed in proper
places, sweet Kitty has
volunteered to sew them!
Now that Boston is over . . .!
What sweet little girls! I love their outfits!
Thank you all for your kind words.
Grace
