disclaimer: we have no idea whether our 70s slang really "fits". Don't judge us...please!!! Since we "weren't there" all we could do was use an online list of 70s slang. Oh! and Grandmama dug out a few phrases from that decade! All in all it was fun and Daddy enjoyed it!

Fun, fun, fun! Thanks for all the pics, it was like we were almost there! Uncle Chris and Mr. Graves were dead-on! (if I can make my poor mind dredge up the awful fashion memories of the 70's!)
Aunt Katie
Oh my goodness, you guys are too funny. Loved your cake, decorations, and your bad 70s slang. :) So funny to see the dignified Miss Bonnie dressed up!
Oh, that was so much fun! You all did a great job! I don't think I can handle that 70's slang another minute though!!
I hated my costume -- it looked like I was a tourist in Acapulco.
Love,
Aunt Molly
This was definetley one of the most hilarious posts ever!! Y'all come up with some...ahem...very... creative ideas!! What fun.
Mr. Stricklen looked so funny! Oh, and of course, we love the picture of "Groovy Granny!" Thanks for posting pictures.

Thanks everybody for the comments. Glad you enjoyed our silliness! Eddie was amazed that everybody actually dressed up! It was a really far out party. (That was for you, Molly, now get back on the cruise ship. Bingo is about to start.)
RG told us the Dischers sure know how to throw a party!
Looking forward to seeing y'all again hopefully sooner rather than later!
