Within the confines of this little cyber-world, you will encounter mind boggling facts (doubtful), side splitting humor (more doubtful), artifacts of great historical significance (we have a lot of old family photos to bore you with), and maybe you will even come across some genuine German/Canadian stuff

(Got your curiosity up, eh?!?)

Of the nine in this family, I am the Canadian. I am out numbered 9 to 1 by Americans. The odds are still in my favor. I am after all, "The Father." Join me on our wonderful journey.

What is on the Discher's memory stick??? :)

I was going through our pictures on the camera, and realized how many pictures we had on it. So, here is a fairly quick (considering all the pictures we have :-P) look into what we have been up to the past 2 or so weeks...(besides producing "hurricane" updates)
NORMAL LIFE...

Mama and her Baby

Sarah was trying out some new stuff.
Pete was making Ginger Beer.
WOW! This stuff has a kick!
(not really)
Ginger Beer Class...
"You take the finest grade ginger..."
Peter has been captured.
He is reading "How Many Veggies" for the 23rd? time that day.
(She saw the camera...ridiculous, isn't it?)
That smile makes him want to read it a 24th time  -- NOT
Ain't she sweet?
"YEEEEHAW!!!!!!!"
"Did you see me?!?"
RG'S (all too brief) VISIT...

The celebrity enters...
Where do you go to when RG comes "home?"
SONNY's of course!
On the way to Sonny's the next day, we saw this.
Interesting, huh? :)
Callie and Abby's Birthday Party...

Cutie Pie!
And another one. :)
Boy, something's interesting
The Birthday Girls
"Wow - Fire!!!!"
Mrs. Waldman's Baby Shower...

Mama's banner she made for Mrs. Waldman
AHA!!!!! We caught Ryan, WITH a smile, ON the camera!!!
VICTORY!!! :)
Good Ol' Fashioned WORK!
Sarah's garden is coming up. :)
Working hard or Hardly working? ;-)
Peter is building Mama a raised bed
for an herb garden.
Fixing up the house - new windows!!!
Wow Mooky! What a face!
We were de-cluttering, packing stuff away so
our house wasn't so crowded, and doing
some deep cleaning... :D
To be packed away...
One of the chosen ones to stay...
My stuff...
Going through crowded hope chests to pack things away.
Ahhh! Memories!
My Ebay item. Anyone want to buy some boots?
Size 10 (mens) Justins! :)
Um....I was kidnapped, and this is an imposter!
A Nice Visit...
~~ See Ya'll Later!!! :) ~~

Punch Buggy Ladybug! :-)

Do you guys play the punch buggy game by any chance? (no punching of course)

It's good to see some pictures of you guys' 'normal' life - if there is such a thing. In a homeschooling family though, it seems there's always something new or out of the ordinary, rather than normal! :-)

Thanks for letting us peek in on your "normal" life! I sure enjoy looking at all the pics! BTW: Every time Samuel sees Emma on the computer he points and says...are you ready for the adorable comment?...Meema...Meema!!

Yes, it is very cute! Just like little Meema, um, I mean Emma sitting with Pete on Pete's bed. In that picture she looks just like Sarah at that age, only with lighter hair!

Love,
Aunt Katie
