So many people ask us how the Millers are doing, so we thought we would post a little update on them since they still do not have internet access.
We recently got to visit with RG when he flew down a couple of days before his trip to the Vision Forum Witherspoon School of Law . We all enjoyed sweet fellowship with RG while he was "home". Of course the "gang" all came out and everybody played some good music together! We um...did have some nice pictures, but ... well... let's just say the delete button works on our camera :(
RG went up to VA for the conference with Grandaddy Frodge while Grandmama Frodge and Great-Grandmama Harris and the Stricklen Family went along and toured Washington DC. My grandmother (great-grandmother Harris) had never been to DC, so it was a very precious time for all who went. You can read more about their experiences at my mother and sister's blogs.
RG and Grandaddy Frodge were very uplifted by the conference, if not overwhelmed by the depth and amount of information they received. My father (Grandaddy Frodge) said it was kind of like drinking from a fireman's hose :)
Earlier in the month Eddie flew to Missouri with Daddy and Ben Pollock to look at land. While they were there they drove down to see the Millers. Eddie took some nice pictures.
The Millers are settled in and planting a garden. They have found a nice church with like-minded families. One family has 7 children, including 2 boys a little older than the older Miller boys, so that has been good fellowship for them! This family also raises a lot of their own food and are willing to help the Millers out however they can. What a mighty God we serve. He prepares the way ahead of us and brings just the right people into our lives!
The little children LOVE the room! On 40 acres, there is a lot of running room, and with the hot weather, a cool stream is great! The boys did fencing here in Florida and in no time at all, word got around up there. They have plenty of work for the summer! Their desire is to work to help out their family as much as possible. What precious hearts.
Well, we sure miss them and can't wait to see them in July!

Bethie, what a sweet post! Yes, we miss them terribly and love every time we get to visit or talk on the phone. What a good time we had on the trip with RG along!
And our time with Grandmother Harris was so special, too. She had never been to Washington, and it was her desire to visit as many places that related to Granddaddy Harris' military service in WWII. She says it was a very emotional time for her, but she did enjoy it.
Thanks for a good reminder of important things in our family.

That was so sweet, Beth. Such a sweet picture of Rachel and Joey picking those flowers.
We miss the Millers so much as well, but are happy they are settling in well.
We also thoroughly enjoyed our time with RG -- he is such a thoughtful and respectful young man and will be greatly used of God. Thanks for the great pictures from Arkansas!
Hey -- what do you mean the delete button works?? Emma??
Love,
