We may say one very clever thing, or two things moderately clever, or three things very dull indeed...not really.
That little line was for all of the Jane Austen lovers out there. (I happen to know there is at least one abiding in the Willi household!)
Here are the rules for those who are tagged:
Check the list after our 6 THINGS to see if you’re it.
THEN...
- Link to the person who tagged you.
- Post the rules on your blog.
- Write six random things about yourself.
- Tag sixish people at the end of your post.
- Let each person know he or she has been tagged.
- Let the tagger know when your entry is up.
So, here we are!
- Mr. Discher used to build model airplanes just to blow them up.
- Peter was the biggest baby at 9lbs 4 oz. Markie was the smallest at 7 lbs 8oz.
- Peter's life has been spared from serious injury or death on at least 3 different occasions. We tell him that, like Jonathan Wesley was a "brand plucked from the burning" in order that God might use him, he has also been spared for God's purposes.
- Sarah wrote a song when she was 5 called ,"Where is Jesus?Jesus is Everywhere!"
- Kitty has written 2 novels that she would eventually like to publish.
- When Grace was little she heard that "There's a New Name Written Down in Glory!" She said when she gets to Heaven she wants her new name to be "Peace".
There you have it. Six things about us. Not very clever things, I must admit, but six things nonetheless!
Here are those we are "tagging"
Grandmama Frodge
The Lain Family
The Franklin Family
Mrs. Stevens
The Graves Family
The Pollock Family

"build model airplanes just to blow them up"
Hah hah.....
There are actually 2 Jane Austen fans in our house (Angie and Kasie), and 1 Pride and Prejudice fan (myself). :)
Thanks for the compliment on our websites! I would be very willing to give you guys some pointers, or help you out in anyway that you would need it.
God Bless
Have MERCY!!! Why do you do these things to your poor dinosaur mama??
Now I will have to go and figure out how to link to the (awful, horrible, daughter) person who "tagged" me! Oh, well . . .
What else did I have to do anyway??
Grandmama Frodge,
the W-H-I-I-I-N-E-R
I LOVE EMMA!!!! as soon as I read the 6 things entertaining i thought if Emma as well. :) Great minds think alike.
Mrs. Frodge, I was getting read to comment when I saw that my sister was signed in and as I was singing her out you left your comment!! I thought that was way to crazy!
We appreciate being tagged, it makes us feel so special ; ) However, we don't have six blogger friends outside the Discher/Frodge/Miller/Stricklen circle of bloggers. This being because we have never been to Jamestown ; ) I am also not sure how to link to Mrs. Frodge's dear, sweet daughter, but I'll do my best to at least post six interesting things about us.
Mrs. Franklin
Are you sure you want to know? Are you really sure?? Really, really sure?!?! Do the interesting things have to be legal?? ha ha, just kidding for those of you who don't know us (and for those of you who do).Well, as soon as I get your o.k. to move ahead we will try to figure out how to do this. Not sure how to link, I'll have to get Christi on that.
Love y'all,
The Pollocks
Oh, good! I am not the only dinosaur!! Well, Beth, my post is UP. But I could only think of five people to "tag". Thanks for leaving me the family -- now who will THEY tag??
Mama
Walter,
Thank you SO much for your offer! We may just take you up on that! Mr. Discher is somewhat of a computer geru, but web-site building is just one aspect he hasn't taken the time to tackle.
The Discher men may not admit it readily, but when Pride and Prejudice, the movie, comes on in our house, they both sit through the whole thing and enjoy it! It's just got a lot of great dialogue!(I can't say that they've read the book though like the girls.)
Mama,
OH! I am sorry. We debated, "Should we tag Grandmama or not?" Then we all said, "She's a good sport!" And she is. I loved your tagged post. You're so funny!
Hi, Amanda Grace!
(I have to say that to differentiate between the 2 Amandas that post on our blog!)
Glad to find another Emma fan! Thanks for posting!
My Dear Mrs. Franklin,
Hilarious. Witty. Perceptive. These are the words that describe my long lost friend from Florida - I mean Arizona - I mean Oklahoma!!! ha ha Thanks for playing along :)
Tina,
Well, I have NO doubt you could come up with 60 interesting things in no time flat. You have my blanket permission to post about any topic you desire - just don't post about a certain reptile. ha ha!
Love,
Mrs. Discher/Beth
