Saturday we had a big performance an hour or so away. The whole family came. It was such fun.
This was the first time Aunt Ashley had sang with us at a performance. She did great!!
This was was one of the last performances the Cousins will do together since the Millers are moving. The event leader asked Grandmama to share a little about the family. She was able to give glory to God by proclaiming our desire to show those around us what He can do when a family is committed to HIM and to each other. Then all the kids introduced themsleves. It was a precious time. The sound man was so touched that he had tears in his eyes. I guess it really is rare to see an extended family like ours. It is exciting to be able to be a testimony!
There was a little zoo at the park, and the little ones loved looking at the animals.
Look at the ostrich!
Afterwards, we all headed over to the Stokes for Jordan's 16th birthday. We got to play some more music with the Pollocks and Jordan!
Sunday afternoon, after church we all went to the Homeland Heritage park near us, and celebrated Peter's 15th Birthday.

That was a very nice weekend. The kids did so well at Zolfo. We are all so sad that it was one of the last performances of the Country Cousins. Mama's testimony was a blessing to us all. Hopefully it will help lead the listeners to Christ.
