Within the confines of this little cyber-world, you will encounter mind boggling facts (doubtful), side splitting humor (more doubtful), artifacts of great historical significance (we have a lot of old family photos to bore you with), and maybe you will even come across some genuine German/Canadian stuff
(Got your curiosity up, eh?!?)
Of the nine in this family, I am the Canadian. I am out numbered 9 to 1 by Americans. The odds are still in my favor. I am after all, "The Father." Join me on our wonderful journey.

How Cozy!!!! It looks like a wonderful evening together.
Who needs superbowl, right??
Love you all,
Mrs. P
Well, our "party" was a Super"ball" party, more than a Superbowl party! While the game was on sometimes (basically to check the score), mostly we were playing ping pong "ball" tournaments and billiard "ball" tournaments. In addition, we had meat"balls" with other snacks. So we didn't do much footballing that night.
The real fans were down at the Stricklens, doing serious football watching.
Oh, BTW, as to the title of the Feb. 1 post: Yes, they DO spend 1/4 (or more) of their lives in costume! Eddie "The Father" has even asked Sarah to make him more medieval shirts, as he finds them comfortable and very wearable. :)
Well, it just seems like a lot of time in costume. They are beautiful costumes, so why not?
Dischers, I am so glad you got great high speed service -- we love to see the pictures and hear the stories (although we are there for most of them!). Ours is back up, so maybe I can get back to more regular posts, too!
Meant to add "The Grandmother" to the end of the previous post!
We did have such a nice evening -- hey, we need to finish the series! The girls said we never would, we can't let that happen!
Love,
Molly
